'GLITTER & GRACE' Dance Gear was created with the dance studio owner & students front of mind - with it's Director Grace owning her own Dance Studio in Sydney for over 10 years, a Dance Teacher for over 21x years in multiple styles and working in the FMCG Industry for one of the largest companies internationally - Grace wanted to bring all of her loves, skills and passions to one place - serving the performing arts community in an innovative and vibrant way through the establishment of 'GLITTER & GRACE' Dance Gear!

TURNAROUND TIMES:

Please be advised that the above turnaround times are INDICATIVE ONLY - and GLITTER & GRACE Dance will not be held liable / offer compensation for any shipping delays outside the 4- 8 Week Turnaround Time. Rest assured - we will always strive to fulfil and deliver all orders within our standard turnaround timeframe window listed.
TURNAROUND TIME for DANCE TIGHTS / DANCE SHOES may be quicker (Ie. 1 - 4 Weeks) - However please ENQUIRE with us if you need them within a specific timeframe and we will be able to provide an indication of the TURNAROUND TIME to Receive Delivery and we will confirm if this is possible.

Please note that we use standard courier services for shipping - which range from 2-7 Business Days in METRO Areas and up to 10-12 Days to Remote / Regional Areas depending on the Courier Carrier. As advised above - 'GLITTER & GRACE' Dance Gear will not be not be held liable / offer compensation for any shipping delays experienced - through the customer placing the order, they are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Please note that there can be circumstances (eg. peak periods / courier strikes / floods / bushfires etc.) out of our control that can effect shipping times.

*PLEASE NOTE: The product listing displays the MOQ for the colours advertised in the images - CUSTOM COLOURS will have different M.O.Q's - Please ENQUIRE with us to confirm the specific M.O.Q (and how many you need so we can strive to provide a suitable option).
HOW do you print Logo's to the Dance Apparel / Gear?
We use a mix of 3d UV Printing, Heat Transfer, Laser & Screen Printing. If you require OTHER printing options - Please Send Us a Message with what you are after and we will see how we can accommodate your request.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Bank Deposit | Credit Card
50% PAYMENT Option for Orders $1500+:
For Orders Over the amount of $1500+ we offer the option to pay just 50% UPFRONT of the Total $ Amount - and the remaining 50% PAYMENT 4 weeks after the Order Date - Should you require this option (or Make FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT). Please note that orders WILL NOT be Processed Until the 50% PAYMENT (For Orders over $1500+) has been received, and WILL NOT be sent until FULL PAYMENT has been received and cleared within the account.
For 50% PAYMENTS:
Please SUBMIT your order at Checkout and select the 'BANK DEPOSIT' Option - we will then send you an official invoice with payment & order details noted by your specified email address.
For ALL ORDERS Under $1500:
FULL PAYMENT is Required Upfront at the Time of Placing Order.

ORDER FULFILMENT:
Should there be any issues / concerns about Order Fulfilment - the 'GLITTER & GRACE' Team will contact you at the first possible opportunity from notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order under unforeseen circumstances outside of our control - whereby the customer will receive a full refund for the amount paid. Any loss or damage that is caused in transit will not be the responsibility of Glitter & Grace in terms of compensation - however we will of course do our upmost in supporting to ensure that the package/s can be located and delivered to your address.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Once an order has been received and Payment made (Minimum of 50% for ORDERS $1500+ / FULL PAYMENT for Orders UNDER $1500) - Order Cancellation is NOT POSSIBLE since it has gone into the processing phase with the relevant suppliers.
ORDER RETURNS:
We DO NOT OFFER RETURNS in the instance of Change of Mind. Our Orders are 'MADE TO ORDER' and are specific to your dance studio. Please see our 'FAULTY ITEM's' Heading below for more information surrounding Order Returns in this unforeseen circumstance.
COLOUR DISPLAY:
Please keep in mind that different screens have different colour resolutions - meaning that the colour display may vary for the product shown based on the screen monitor viewed from. The colours of products on our website may not be an exact representation of the actual product due to monitor calibration, screen settings & lighting / brightness. We make every effort to display the products and other images on our site as accurately as possible. However actual colors may vary as a result of the above. If you aren't confident that the colour is accurate enough for your needs or studio colour based on the website images - please kindly CONTACT US to request more colour images OR request the PANTONE Colour # so you can check it OR see if a SAMPLE can be arranged (Fee Involved).
FAULTY ITEMS:
If you believe an item is faulty and not up to our usual standard - please kindly Contact Us by email at: info@glitterandgracedancegear.com.au with your Order / Invoice # Number, details about the product issue and photos so we can assess. Should the item/s be deemed faulty - we will strive to reach a resolution together and discuss opportunity for replacement products to ensure our usual standard is upheld and to ensure customer satisfaction.
PRICING:
'GLITTER & GRACE' Dance Gear reserves the right to change pricing at any given moment without prior notice. We will always endeavour to keep our prices affordable and competitive - as we understand the need for this in conjunction with durable and great quality products for your dance studio. All prices listed are in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS.
